How do we know if we left our mark
If we don’t know we even left a spark
No fire or smoldering flame
No smoke to see if it was even tamed
Definitely great yourself to educate
When older to see what did we create
Can they really think for them self
When encyclopedia dusty still on shelf
They go for knowledge to the net
Plenty information so they don’t fret
What happened to learned thought
From word of mouth books borrowed or even bought
So how do we leave or mark

They need to get in gear
