걸음마다 하나 되어 나는 흔들리고,
내 마음 깊은 곳엔 영원히 이겨낼 힘이 있어
내 앞에 다가오는 모든 아픔과 시련을,
나는 언제나 나 자신에게 진실하리라.

이것이 내가 마음속에 간직한 만트라,
산산이 무너져 바닥에 쓰러진 순간에도
내 심장은 더욱 크게 뛰며 외친다—
그 소리에 맞춰 다시 일어나라.

너는 너다.
너는 하나의 왕이다.
네 마음속 만트라는
너만의 왕관이며 반지다.

타오른 불씨와 재를 넘어
언제나 더 높이 올라서라.
마음과 생각이 서로 부딪힐 때에도
네 안의 만트라를 굳게 간직하라.

무슨 일이 네 앞을 가로막더라도
의심은 뒤로하고 앞으로 나아가라.
흔들릴 때에도 굳게 서고,
쓰러질 때에도 다시 일어나라.

모든 순간 속에서
너의 가치를 잊지 마라.

이것이 나의 만트라.
이것이 나의 길.
나는 나 자신으로 일어나
오늘도 다시 일어선다.
